Pouilly Fume Maltaverne Ammonite
Why this is on Broken Compass: Producer notes: wild or indigenous yeast.
What to expect
A pronounced nose of citrus with a herbaceous and flinty edge. The palate is rounded with lemon flesh, a touch of stone fruit and lovely Sauvignon grassiness and flint notes. A lingering finish with both fruit and minerality present until the end.
